I see “4 and 5 star” kids don’t defend.. don’t run back on defense.. disrespect their coaches.. workout with beanies on… and wonder why their game doesn’t translate to the highest level. Basketball is a game of respect. If you disrespect the game it will disrespect you.
Coaches killing their former players in the transfer portal.. cut it out. Let those kids be who they are and live their dreams. Stop trying to to shut down a new opportunity because it didn’t work out at your spot. Great teachers inspire positive change.

Basketball is a pure game. Anytime it’s hijacked for hype over substance it’ll return right back to the middle. Work hard, take instruction, study, do extra, and respect who/what came before you.
