These 50+ athletes took time out of their Saturday morning to compete in the Region 4 strength meet held at Northwestern. We are proud to announce we had 22 athletes qualify for the state meet! Let's make some noise 3/23! @YorkRecruits @coxe_coxe

Congrats to Yorks very OWN Coach Boyd on being inducted in the 2024 SCHSSCA Hall of Fame Class of 2024. What an awesome honor and I can't think of anyone as worthy as Coach Boyd!

Congrats to both Coach Woolbright and Coach Boyd as members of the SCHSSCA 2024 Hall of Fame class. Both gentlemen were pioneers in the field of strength and conditioning in the late 80's and 90's. Such an amazing and well deserved honor for both not so young men!

Enjoyed seeing my old boys from Landrum today as we celebrated being state strength meet champions and presented them with their rings. Coach Cooksey's tradition is you win it, we go to TOPGOLF, and we had a blast! Today officially closed that chapter, and we went out in style!
