    🌊 Always respect the water and think twice before jumping in. Choose a spot with a lifeguard and look out for rip currents if you’re swimming in the sea. Make sure there is someone on the shore who can look out for you and call for help if needed.

    If you see someone in trouble in the water, call 999 and ask for the Coastguard when at the beach or the fire and rescue service when when at an inland river. Never go in to attempt a rescue. Find more water safety advice at orlo.uk/a8TJu
