    In the grand scheme of things, what we do in professional sports is inconsequential…it’s merely a game. Tonight was so much more…we were brought together for a reason & magic unfolded before our eyes. I’m forever touched by what I witnessed. Live, love & hug more! ❤️ #RIP45

    I can’t remember the last time I played catch with my dad. Thankful for being able to spend time with my family for Thanksgiving…these 10 minutes will be cherished forever. #blessed

    When will the jacking of the game end? Killed 40 MiLB teams in ‘20 & even more MiLB jobs with new CBA. Major RSN in bankruptcy court affecting 15 markets/teams. Blackouts somehow still a thing. And 2 MLB teams will call minor league parks ‘home’ in ‘25 & beyond. ‘Golden AB?’ 🛑

    Rob Manfred says there’s “buzz” around adding the “Golden At-Bat” rule, where a team could choose one at-bat in every game to use its best hitter regardless of where they are in the lineup. This would be the dumbest rule implementation in the history of professional sports.

    His smile. This is what I’ll miss the most. It was a smile that would light the darkest of spaces. His soul was equally illuminating. One of the kindest, easy-going personalities I have ever been around. Gone way too soon. My heart’s broken for Carli & Tyler’s Family. #RIP45

    Mike Trout personifies class on and off the field. Those who want to mock him for not craving celebrity have never made an effort to get know him and/or talk with those around him. He’s the type of guy you hope your kids grow up to emulate in all facets of life. #Angels

    Dear @Angels fans…today marks the end of an arduous season. While things did not go as planned, u hung in there w/ us nightly. Ur kind words & sincerity helped soothe Kim & I as she battled her health issues. For all of this, THANK YOU from the bottom of our ❤️’s. Much love!
