No, he shouldn’t. It’ll be a travesty if SGA does. The award is MVP - Most Valuable Player. Shai is a great player - Jokić laps him in every conceivable metric save FTA and they’re even on Steals. It’s not close. If he doesn’t win, it’ll be due to politics and talking heads,

Refs need a regulation system. Evaluations should occur every 20 games with the bottom 25% being dropped to G-League and the top 25% of G-League getting promoted. Accountability is an amazing purveyor of competence
