While we settle down for Christmas, Congress is working to poison the Internet and harm small sites. @LindseyGrahamSC (R-SC) and @RepHageman (R-WY) are pushing bills to end Section 230, a critical shield for websites hosting any user-generated content.

We have filed an Amicus Brief in support of Cox v. Sony. "Contributory copyright infringement" is an offense created by the court without any law passed by Congress to define what it means. Current copyright rules stifle innovation and free expression.
