We are saddened to learn about the death of Belinda Birungi, a 22-year-old UCU graduate who succumbed to a motor accident on Friday, October 28, 2022. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Fine Art in July. Belinda is State Minister Sam Mayanja's daughter. 1/2
