With great sadness we acknowledge sudden death of Enda McDermott (Class of 1977, Cons Surgeon @SVUH & Ass Surgery Prof @ucddublin) on Tues 4th May Remembered as exemplary surgeon, highly valued colleague with kind nature & terrific educator and mentor to all young medics. RIP

To help with neurology teaching, Prof Niall Tubridy and his colleagues in St Vincent's University Hospital produced a 51 episode series of short videos on key themes and patient examinations. The series was made publicly available on our YouTube channel. bit.ly/UCD_Neuro

A role model for all, Dora graduated with a Medicine (MB BCh BAO) and an intercalated Masters (MSc) yesterday. Did we mention that she also took the 1941 Medal (highest GPA in final two years of Medicine programme) and the Paediatrics Medal (highest score in Paediatrics)?
