    #NFFC #nffcfamily last night was incredible! Now imagine witnessing that with a terminal diagnosis. We are beyond delighted that @TriSam81 will be going to Wembley. At the weekend he completed #onemoretri to raise funds for #mnd you can support him here: justgiving.com/OneMoreTri

    What a day for @NFFC fan @TriSam81 from @StandAgainstMND. In 4 years since he was diagnosed with MND he’s raised over £130 000 for research. His family are @LCFC fans so the 2-0 win today was special and just when he thought it couldn’t get any better - this happened! ❤️ #nffc

    A month before QPR last season, one of our own @TriSam81 was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease, resilient as ever Sam decided that he would join Forza at QPR. However he only made it as far as the station when his legs gave way resulting in a cut to the head & a trip to A&E
