    Friday we lost a foal at 30 days old, then Saturday we lost a young mare that had colic for the 3rd time. As both things happened simultaneously the team at Atlas Farm we’re able to create some magic, happily here’s the mare that lost her foal with the foal that lost her mother.

    Out of an abundance of caution, we have made a very tough decision to scratch our Derby horse, Rodriguez. He has a small but slightly sensitive foot bruise that will need a few more days. Therefore, we are resetting our plans and will target him for the Preakness.

    Reincarnate. Reincarnate has pulled up great from his run in the 149 Kentucky Derby. He sat very close to unsustainable early fractions. This morning he jogged up safe and sound, which is the most important thing. He will continue to develop, and we haven’t seen the best of him

    The American dream happened for me this morning. I finally became a citizen of the USA. I landed in Kentucky on a cargo plane with stallions for @coolmoreamerica as a 23yo in 1999. 23 years later, having two great kids and an amazing wife @HughesKC I'm a very fortunate man. #USA
