My full response to the Power Rangers Ninja Kidz situation, since, regrettably, it's dragged me and my work into controversy. I've been in the middle of it since Saturday so I took time to approach this sensitively. And also plan jokes. ... I mask my pain through humour.

I hate to be negative, but there's so much to say about the treatment of Power Rangers in recent years. It's deflating not only as a creative who came THIS close to fulfilling a childhood dream, but a fan who wants to see this brand succeed. My portfolio is monument to that. 1/6

Happy #PowerRangersDay, world! It's not always at its best. It's not always treated fairly. But, it's the franchise we all hold near and dear and want to see succeed. It's the franchise the fans and have kept alive for 31 years and counting. Once a Ranger...
