    I introduced the Covid-19 Accountability Act alongside @LindseyGrahamSC. This would authorize President Trump to impose sanctions on China if they do not cooperate with International investigations on the events leading up to the outbreak of the coronavirus.

    The Chinese Communist Party needs to be held accountable for their behavior that has led to a coronavirus pandemic. We would not be in the situation we are in right now but for their misbehavior.

    Stopped to fill up in Gary while on my Hoosier Jobs Tour. A gallon of gas was under $2 when President Biden took office. It’s now nearly $4 dollars.

    Victor Swaminathan of Lanesville based Areva Pharmaceuticals updated me on how difficult it is to conduct business with China and how he is working to get their supply chains out of China so they can manufacture and distribute more life saving drugs right here in southern IN.

    There are countries out there, like the Chinese, who see this as an opportunity to turn a global health pandemic crisis into their own advantage - through disinformation, though grabbing market share around the world, and by stealing our intellectual property.
