Executive order from Maryland Governor Larry Hogan: As of 8pm tonight, nobody should leave their homes, except to obtain food, medical care, or medicine.
Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has enacted an executive order to shut down all bars, restaurants, movie theaters, and gyms across the state at 5pm today (while allowing drive-thru, carry-out, and food delivery service to continue).
UMBC (16 seed) has upset Virginia (1 seed), 74-54, led by Jairus Lyles’ 28 points.
Lyles also set the school single-season scoring record tonight.
He is from Silver Spring.
