Trump owes $500 million from his defamation lawsuit. He has not paid it, & owes 175k a day he doesn’t pay. They are not garnishing his wages or assets. Meanwhile, his administration just ruled that student loans, that are not being paid, will be garnished from American’s wages.

ICE Agents aren’t allowed to detain anyone they want. So, the fact that they are “accidentally” detained US citizens means they are breaking the law.
