    The IRAP proposal being pushed by Mick Mulvaney is a disaster. I stand with @TheIronworkers, @IUBAC, @GoIUPAT & other @NABTU unions fighting for good, high-quality apprenticeships for workers. I encourage everyone to submit a comment opposing IRAP here: saveconstructionapprenticeships.org/#/34/
