José Pinto Coelho, bem. Ao contrário do que muitos dizem por aí, a população imigrante já representa bem mais que 10% da população total, dado que foi atribuída a nacionalidade a muita gente não-portuguesa. A nacionalidade não se adquire, herda-se!
I could tell that that Indian was clearly Indian, and therefore not Black. But I wouldn’t say that the fourth guy is non-White — and I don’t think anyone would, unless they already knew him.
A good way to stop hate speech is to have homogeneous societies. Furthermore, who decides what is “hate speech”? Is talking about race differences hate speech? And wanting to reduce immigration?
