This is why advanced programs with separate intern years should be abolished. All programs should be categorical. There is no logical reason to make a dad/mom spend a year away from family and kids (please correct me if there is a reason that makes sense). @acgme

Really interesting case today. Patient with severe forearm pain with supination. #Ultrasound image shows fluid tracking from the bicipitoradial bursa into the radial tunnel displacing the supinator and likely leading to PIN compression/irritation. #sportsmedicine #physiatry

Just published. Great study with 10 year follow up indicating that a pro inflammatory diet is assoc with worse knee OA pain. Data supporting the notion that we should be recommending an anti-inflammatory diet (Mediterranean diet) for knee OA patients.
