- As we progress towards the season w/ the field sport athletes we increase the specificity of the training. Here we are adding a deviation to the 10y fly on our max V day. Giving the athletes an opportunity to hold their speed w/ a slight swerve. Thanks @skuehn_88 for the idea! 💥
