- First time on PSU practice field, James Franklin shook my hand, said "Welcome to State College." Lost my first PSU reporting job in '18. JF called, asked if he could help. When my godson battled cancer, JF kept checking in on us. Football aside, my heart goes out to him today.
- Passion. Personality. Team captainship as a sophomore. Dean's List honors in the classroom. A young man who went international to chase his dream. Seems like the complete package as a Penn State student-athlete if you ask me...
