Students and staff of the Department of Archaeology and Anthropology in Bournemouth University are delighted to be hosting the 2024 TAG Annual Meeting
- The only thing left for us to say is a huge thanks to our lovely sponsors @AntiquityJ, our brilliant volunteers and everyone from @BU_ArchAnth, as well as the brilliant catering teams from @BUunifood and @DylansSubu and everyone from @BUeventsleisure and @BU_Research.
- Competition for the Don Henson Prize was stiff and the judges were so impressed with all the debut papers they saw they insisted we list some 'highly commended' scholars ... So in no particular order ...
- The moment has come .... [drum roll please!] ... The winner of the Don Henson Prize for best debut paper is ... Heather Ford @UofGArchaeo, for her paper "Monuments and the Past-Present-Future Nexus". Heather wins free registration at next year's TAG & £200 towards accommm/travel
- Look out for the Don Henson prize award announcement shortly, but in the meantime we're delighted to hand over the torch to @YArchaeology who have amazing plans for next year - can't wait! See you all there?!
