Reflections on day 9 of #Veganuary My enjoyment of food has decreased. I eat for calories to last the day. I’ve lost some weight. Vegan Parmesan tastes of coconut and actually spoils my vegan pasta sauce. Vegan fast food is limited and tastes crap!
