A 14yo school shooter had a history of mental health issues and challenging behavior, criminal mom, abusive parents, 4 CPS calls, an FBI inquiry, and a dad who still bought him a gun. YET a Black school counselor at a school he attended for less than 3 days is A FAULT?????

His grandparents called the school counselor a week before to "warn" about his mental health but didn't WARN the authorities. She was only his school counselor for TWO DAYS and y'all tryna blame her, but she's not the one who lied to the FBI and bought him a gun. Be serious.

My issue with enemies to lovers is that a lot of these stories are actually bully-victim or oppressor-oppressed. Enemies-to-lovers, to me, means that they have a balance of power. If there's a power imbalance, they aren't enemies. Some of yall love oppressors and bullies.

cw: suicide me being told by my suicidal white friends in hs that they went to a guidance counselor. she counseled them. gave snacks&hugs. i got taken to her and she called the cops to baker act me. i got escorted off campus & put in a cop car in front of my peers.

As a teacher, this actually doesn't solve anything. Teachers wouldn't have their own lives to live if they lived on the elementary campus they worked at. You can't drink, smoke, party, have dates over, etc. Just pay teachers more. TEACHERS SHOULDN'T LIVE AT THEIR SCHOOL.

I need y'all to understand that calling a school and saying "my child has extreme behavior", but not notifying the school he has access to guns does not automatically result in an immediate lockdown. I taught in public school. I've been trained in school safety protocols for yrs.
