Average Ogden Saturday:
- Early morning pistol shoot with the boyz.
- Diner breakfast after the range.
- Costco run with the wife & kids.
- Sprints at the track.
- Arms & Shoulders at Stonecutter.
- Evening bonfire hangout with the frens.

Our young men voluntarily train 3 days a week in this stuffy church basement kitchen. Equipment and space is limited. Zeal is not.
On squat days their legs wobble up the stairs on the way out. Vomit has been induced a few times, many PRs have been hit, and progress is being made
