    ⭐💜 It's not everyday you get to see your favourite AFL team in hospital! The Starlight Express Room was buzzing as we welcomed the Sydney Swans. For 6-year-old Austin, it was a Birthday surprise that made his birthday in hospital a little brighter. Thank you @sydneyswans ⭐💜
