- No it’s not. S1 use to be 36 packs Then 24 Now it’s 20 packs This is stuff a guru would know.Replying to @NickMo39 and @ToppsSeries 1 prices this year are really in line with the last 20 years of prices… I worry about print runs and all the different parallels, but I wouldn’t call “a lower gem rate due to colored edges” the same as a lower quality product. S1 is really strong quality/value imo.
- It’s been a sad week, but I’m going to apply #MambaMetality to a new shop I’m opening in February. Last time I owned a shop I went broke 2 years later, hopefully history doesn’t repeat!
- Seen a bunch of “I might quit collecting” after the @PWCCmarketplace scams. Guys, you didn’t get into this hobby to collect overpriced pictures of men, trimmed, & slabbed in plastic. Get back to what made cards fun to begin with. Reconnect with what made you begin collecting.
- Topps Chrome baseball will be $1,448,748,484,986.69 per pack next year.
- I stand by my opinion that Panini is in deep financial trouble. The entire business survived on low interest rates and lines of credit. Those days are over. Screen shot/document all outstanding redemptions/orders you have with Panini. Stop buying their product. This is theJUST IN: Two weeks ago, the WWE terminated Panini for breach of contract with 2+ years left. The WWE says Panini, which is still selling product, is now in violation and will seek an injunction. Fanatics, which had deal starting in ‘26, is expected to get rights immediately.
