I'm 20 years clean and sober today. Its a bit surreal to be honest as I was in such a terrible state. Its been one hell of a journey I had lost anything that meant anything to me, my family my friends my dignity my home and my hope.

1/ I have stayed clean + sober for another year.
2/ I walked 1000 miles
3/ I got shortlisted for the pride of Britain
4/ I received the British citizen Award
5/ I received the L,pool citizen of honour award
6/ started my own charity
It seems my arteries around my heart are a bit knackered so I'm of to @BartsHospital in London tomorrow morning for a little nip a tuck.
I'm sure everything will be OK and it does remind you that you health is ur wealth.
