00:00- Alright so i lost in mfh today but i was able to compete mechanically against my he sr black core and gurjiwa. So this helped my mentality rhag i have the potneitla to compete it t2 everyone say gj john u r a good ass guy
- Back from philly. Had a great time meeting so many new people, wish we didnt get rolled but i am so happy we went. Nice meeting my friends that ive known for so long and some new friends i met there 😄😄 idk how much more competing/lans i have in me so this was fantastic
