Actually methylene blue has its uses. It can treat methemoglobinemia in humans, nitrate poisoning in ruminants and fungal or protozoan infections in fish etc. It's also on WHO's Model List of Essential Medicines.
However RFK Jr is full of shit and definitely doesn't need it
