Yes I remember this well - it was Scottish Labour’s Jackie Baillie MSP who extended the ‘Right to buy’ and I led SNP opposition at the time arguing it would reduce availability of housing - blast from the past photo on link but!

It’s also interesting that Burnham used Dundee as his example of feeling distant from the Scottish Parliament. A place that has almost half of voters backing the SNP at the last Scottish election. Also largely pro-independence in 2014.
