The insurrectionist who did this to him, Steven Cappuccio, 53, of Universal City, Texas, was CONVICTED in a bench trial yesterday. Sentencing date Oct 19.

- I was directly behind Biden a year ago here. Unfortunately this meant I couldn't space out since I was on camera constantly. But it did let me see the teleprompter as he gave his speech. He was sharp, fumbled rarely, recovered quickly and improvised at times. He ain't senile.
