- My commutes to both school and postdoc work frequently involved avoiding either the grazing cows or their wet leavings. Losing them could be a big hit for the biodiversity on the commons, but I guess the city council also needs to pay for vital services
- I was asked to review for International Journal of Biological Macromolecules. Accepted task. Asked to see the data, which authors said would be made available. 4wks later - no data yet available. Requested again. Journal deselected me as reviewer. Poor practice, @elsbiomedchem.
