Joined as Dir. General of Foreign Trade today. The country is at the cusp of crossing all time high exports of $400 billion. At this juncture, trade facilitation, promotion and ease of doing business has to be the ‘mantra’ of all officers of the Directorate Gen of Foreign Trade.

A visit to Sun temple Konark, an architectural grandeur, is an everlasting pleasure. In the words of Gurudeb, “ here the language of stone surpasses the language of man”. Started by Narasimha Dev I in the 13th century, the intricate carvings have enthralled visitors for years.
It was a pleasure to be part of the inaugural ceremony of the Biotech Incubation Centre of Institute of Life Sciences. The centre was inaugurated by Hon’ble CM Sri @Naveen_Odisha . Such facilities are likely to spur a culture of research, innovation and enterprise in Odisha.
Excellent work by a young District Collector. With more than 1400 mm of annual rainfall, Agri should not suffer from water stress. The solution lies in going back to basics-creating a series of water conservation and storage points. Kudos @Vikranthrajaa
Attended a conclave organised by ‘The Hindu’ of School Principals and spoke on National Education Policy, the various facets of its implementation and the role of technology in Education. It was inspiring to hear the bright ideas of School Principals and School leaders.
