    I lost two colleagues in last one year and it didn’t take the HR more than 24 hours to find a replacement. The job because of which u don’t have time for yourself or your family will forget you in a moment. Set ur priorities and live a balanced life. Self care first.

    At 54, I am living my BEST life I lift heavy 4 days/week I run 5 days averaging 60 kms a week. I sleep 7hrs /night I read at least 1 hr daily. I practise gratitude daily. I am fit, lean with metabolic age of 38. How about you?

    During my walk today, I saw empty beer bottles and chip packets scattered near a broken bench in the park.A reflection of our civic sense or the lack of it. And of a system that looks the other way. But then, something else caught my eye.

    My parents wanted to visit Puri Jagannath Temple for years. My mother's knees stopped her until surgery fixed her pain. The morning we arrived, came to know her surgeon died in a car crash.

    Day spent cleaning up old files and papers and found this pic of my Grandfather at his wedding. Also an Itax return of 1938-39 of his business. He had paid 1345 Rs I tax.
