Some people are late bloomers b/c they didn’t think they were going to be here. How can someone plan for a future they never saw? Give yourself and others grace. Release the guilt of not having it all together yet. A lot of people are living life for the first time.
Unpopular opinion: it’s not always about managing how you react… sometimes you just need to get out of the environment that creates the reaction. I believe certain energies and situations can take the most evolved person out of character. The only thing you should do is leave.
