- Translation: You die at 300 HP from Mel passive AA at lvl 10.Mel changes: - P base damage increased from 8 - 33 to 8 - 50 - P damage AP ratio increased from 3% to 5% - E root duration reduced from 1.25 - 2.25 seconds to 1.2 - 1.8
- This item gives the same AP as Rabadon's while being 750 gold cheaper and has 25 haste (the highest for a single item) 😏Horizon Focus buff: - Cost reduced from 2800 to 2750 - AP increased from 115 to 120
- Zoe can now: -clear casters lvl 5 pre-base 🙂 - clear melees lvl 7 post-base 🙂Zoe buff: - Q cleave damage increased from 80% to 100%
