A small plea to skill creators: Please don’t use one npx command to dump 10–20 skills into Codex at once. It feels clunky—or maybe that’s just me?😅 Try one SKILL.md with separate module.md files for each sub-skill, and reveal them progressively as needed.

One week with K3: 1. It’s usable and feels roughly on par with GPT-5.6 Sol, but clearly behind GPT-5.6 Sol Ultra. 2. It’s painfully slow. Fine as a sidekick, but nowhere near fast enough to be my daily driver. 3. Its frontend taste isn’t as impressive as I expected. You still
