- This tournament win did not make these boys champions…they were champions before any game was played. These young men formed a brotherhood that was larger than W’s & L’s, personal accolades or popularity. They’ve been on a journey and won a championship along the way
- That’s it! The Ponies beat Cretin-Derham Hall 3-1 behind Drew Gilbert’s 17 (!!!) strikeouts. The Ponies finish the regular season 17-3 on a 13 game win streak. The Ponies are SEC conference champions, and will be the No.1 overall seed in the Section tournament.
