NEW: @RepBonnie tells me "it is time" to reform the New Jersey county line system. “I think it is time for some reform that opens up to more voters." This comes as Watson Coleman has stayed neutral in the senate race and other New Jersey Dems have been quiet on the issue.

Covering the NJ delegation, this has been pretty typical — normally members just tell me they don’t do hallway interviews (which is completely fine) but Kean has rarely acknowledged my presence when asking him questions Shoutout @benhulac for capturing what we see daily
