What an amazing outcome for gun owners! We could not be happier that the courts saw right through @ATFHQ's arguments and saw this rule for what it was—an attack on the Second Amendment. Because the rule was vacated, "Defendants may not apply the rule to anyone."

This morning I voted NO on a short-term FISA extension. Congress needs to fix FISA, not kick the can down the road. Get a warrant. Uphold the Fourth Amendment. End the surveillance state.
