Tim Sweeney (Epic CEO) blames developers and not UE5 for the problems of poor performance.
He believes studios build for top-tier hardware first, then optimize and low-spec testing later.
The fact people are still claiming that the PS5 games are running on dev kits really illustrates that there's a large number of folks who shoved crayons up their noses as a kid.
And yes, I would say the same if the claim was made about xbox.
I find it ridiculous this is paid for. It's literally designed to show off the 'secrets inside your console' and you have to PAY for it.
Sony gave away astrobot for free ffs.
Sony "We believe in generations"
Also Sony "Spiderman and Horizon are coming to PS4"
Sony "We will give you plenty of notice for pre orders"
Also Sony "LOLz, preorders tomorrow so good luck"
I do *NOT* understand how the hell people are defending MGS3 running at 720P or less than 60FPS on a PS5 Pro.
Or locked to 60FPS on PC.
Or borderlands 4 running at under 60FPS on a 5080 when it barely looks better than the third game.
I don't usually call people out, but this is a bad take imo.
I've no issue with Starfield being an xbox exclusive, but why on earth do you enjoy it more?
It's foolish imo; like does a playstation fan enjoy spiderman 2 more because xbox can't play it?
Meh
I’m going to have at least 10% more fun with Starfield knowing a PS version once existed but was scrapped 😏
Stop port begging. It’s done. Sony was outplayed by MS.
I don't like to be 'that person' who comments on other websites. But there's a story floating around that the Xbox Series X dedicates 20 percent of its GPU to audio. This isn't true. Xbox has its own DSP hardware
