This is Rafael Govea Romero. He's an illegal from Mexico.
He raped and murdered a 16 year old cheerleader in Edna Texas.
The sixteen year old was suppose to cheer in a hometown Christmas parade on December 5th.
Her mother found her brutally stabbed to death in the bathtub.
