    One year ago I challenged myself to do 10000 steps a day in March 2022. Little did I know that would change my life forever. Down 94 lb/42.6 kg and feeling better than ever. I truly appreciate everyone who has supported me on my fitness journey.

    So @TheNerdTwitch has offered to buy this for my wedding day. @hsineerg said only if I get 10000 likes will I wear it for my wedding day (and she does not like the idea). I'll let twitter decide

    Earlier this week, I decided not to renew my contract to teach I love teaching and my students but it was time to move on I'll be spending more time on content creation so look forward more streams, videos and community engagement I'm scared but excited

    It has been officially 9 months on my fitness journey! I am down about 78 LBs and last month was my least weight loss (3 LBs). But I am very pleased because my strength, cardio, sleep quality and energy have all improved! Still a ways to go and 3 weeks till my Dexa scan.

    Today marks the 120th day in a row that I have been active (walking/cardio or weightlifting). It is also the first time I have been below 100kg (220 lbs) since 2012. I feel like a new person but still lots of work ahead. I am trying to get my 0.241 version.
