- The Pixl Labs team has acquired 42 seals for the treasury at a cost basis of 0.5 ETH. These seals will be used for the following: Marketing, partnerships / collaborations and other planned initiatives.
- We are excited to announce that we've deployed two @Sudoswap pools for the @sappyseals and @ThePixlverse collections. Doing so will bolster liquidity for the community and take advantage of being at the forefront of this game changing protocol.
- As you may be aware, @CryptoKass_ recently announced that he left the Pixl Labs founding team. While we completely empathize with Kass’ current situation, his statement in regards to signing off is misleading.

- Replying to @PixlLabs_We will be releasing the Pixl Labs Digital Asset Trading Policy for internally buying and selling Pixl Labs assets (Seals, Pixl Pets, Pixlverse Items & $PIXL) later this week.
- Replying to @PixlLabs_Tyrannical behavior has no place in the Web3 landscape and we are proud of how we've dealt with these challenging issues. The team is here to continue creating one of the best projects in Web3 and is in the position to deliver the vision the community believes in.
- Replying to @PixlLabs_It is important for us as leaders within the space to hold firm our core values of honesty, integrity and transparency. We owe it to our community to shed light on all facets of the project both in good times and bad.
- Replying to @PixlLabs_As a result of these unethical tactics, the team was forced to threaten legal action and criminal sanctions - subsequently a settlement agreement was reached. The team has recouped the majority of the seized community funds and has runway for 18+ months of continued development.
- Replying to @PixlLabs_There has been a total disregard by Kass for the actual development of the Pixlverse platform. Focusing solely on pumping its potential VC valuation instead of pursuing innovation and product development. An attempt to extract as much money as quickly as possible.
- Replying to @PixlLabs_These actions are indicative of the multitude of reasons for Kass’ removal. Kass cultivated a hostile work environment through toxic leadership; bullying, verbal abuse, inapt management structures, deceitful attempts to seize control and constant threats of expulsion.
- Replying to @PixlLabs_On Feb 23, Kass capitalized on a Discord breach to seize control of $1.8M in treasury assets. Following his dismissal, Kass held these community funds (earmarked for project development) hostage in an attempt to leverage a $1.25M personal buyout which was refused by the team.
- Replying to @PixlLabs_Throughout all of this, his behavior has been unethical at best and outright malicious at worst- and sheds some light on the many difficulties the team have had to navigate in an extremely toxic environment while simultaneously pressing forward and producing deliverables.
