    Hi #phage cognoscenti. We have two phages, where one plaque seems to inhibit the spread of the other phage. Has anyone seen anything like this or know what might cause it? The phages are totally unrelated - Myoviridae (small plaque), Podoviridae (large plaque).

    A great way to start 2021. We developed a genome-wide method to find #regulators in #bacteria and applied it to understand how bacteria control #CRISPR-Cas immunity against #phages vs #plasmids. Led by the stellar @L_M_Smith! Check out her thread below! Thanks @MarsdenFund.
