Hey, it's Saturday night and I'm sure y'all are out having fun, BUT, if you're a homebody like me, how about we do a live read of this Fanatics v. Marvin Harrison, Jr. lawsuit?
We have a new small-claims court case to talk about!
It's Andrew Charter v. Fanatics Inc. and apparently has to do with the Topps' parallel rate.
Wanna kinda live read this one?
(Kinda because I already skimmed it...but hey)
This platform is the Titanic, with 10% saying it’s unsinkable and another 10% actively cheering for the iceberg…while the other 80% of us are sad because this used to be a pretty cool cruise and for some reason no one else can build another boat like it.
If I'm Topps, I think it's time to have a little fun with future releases.

A 1919 Black Sox Scandal card
I mean, why not?
What other FUCK YOU MLB cards do you think Topps should make?
And what FUCK YOU NFL and NBA cards should Panini make?
It's the case everyone's been talking about today: the legal battle over the Wembanyama jersey that Wemby gave to an adorable kid...which then ended up at Goldin Auctions...and sold for $73K...which now the father is trying blow up.
Let's look at the court filings!
Thank you for everyone in #TheHobby checking in on me the last few days about my dad.
I'm sad to say, he passed away early this morning in his sleep.
We're incredibly sad to see him go, but are happy he's no longer suffering.
Crazy #TheHobby#MailDay!
So, I go to the mailbox today and there’s a package on it that says “IMPORTANT LAW DOCUMENTS.”
I’m dubious since it ain’t shaped like “law documents” let alone “important” ones…so I break it open…
Unexpected benefit of @beatsaber...my kids are practicing their negotiation skills, arguing they should be allowed to ditch school and play the new songs.
Too bad they’re kids and their negotiating skills are lacking. And really, once they’re on the bus, the parents are playing.
Remember the Panini v. Fanatics antitrust case? And the Fanatics v. Panini case? And how Fanatics moved to dismiss the antitrust case? And how Panini moved to dismiss Fanatics' case? And how they're both before the same judge?
WELL, the judge ruled on BOTH motions to dismiss!
