Just had a call to say I’m now in the US Open. One of the past US Open Championships was dubbed “The massacre at Winged Foot” Yay- So I’ve lead the field this week in: Strokes gained Driving Strokes gained Approach Strokes gained shortgame Finished tied 18th Kids, if anybody says it’s not a putting competition they’re lying!

- I can confirm Winged Foot is difficult. But if I stick to some of the following advice I’ve been given: Keep my head down “Just” hit it in the fairways And aim for the ‘bin lid’ when putting , I should be fine
- Who else thinks Q school should be televised live? Would provide some great viewing and show how well these guys performed under that pressure!

- Fed up with people defying social distancing coz its not that big a deal, its just the flu! If we carry on at this rate the nhs will simply run out of beds and oxygen. If you’re admitted at that point they will have to decide who gets oxygen, who lives or who dies. GROW UP!!!!

- Fair does Bryson. I always said that if I ever got the chance I’d smash the gym for few months. Well I’ve had the chance during lockdown and all I’ve smashed is the biscuits!
