Why PSU shouldn’t hire Matt Rhule 1. 64-57 all time record which makes him a downgrade from Franklin 2. He’s 2-22 against top 25 teams which is absolutely abysmal 3. You don’t fire Franklin for 50 mil and hire someone worse
