Coaches.. go see your players at their AAU games. You’re missing out on seeing other skills that they can bring to the HS team. You might find a new way to maximize their potential, your O&D system and the programs overall success. Keep learning & studying your players.

Players coming off the bench have to realize the importance of their roll too… and take pride in it. You’re the second unit. Fill a void. If there wasn’t energy.. change it. No aggression defensively.. apply it. Teams with the deepest benches go far.. YOUR ROLE IS IMPORTANT.
