- Happy 1st Birthday PACE! On February 8th, 2024 at 1:33 AM EST, a brand new satellite was launched into space, and in the months since we have had access to unprecedented ocean color imagery. Fun fact: PACE requires about 98.3 minutes to orbit the Earth.
