Last week, our troopers took part in the Adoption for a Day event, hosted by the Athens County Dog Shelter and the @fosd. We really enjoyed spending time with our Adopted for a Day dog Smidge, who is looking for a "fur-ever" home.

- Cambridge District personnel hosted a regional testing event at @MuskingumUniv earlier this week. It was a great turnout, with 19 applicants attending and completing the testing process. Thank you to everyone who came out. #JOINOSHP

- Patrolman Harry D. Grimes was fatally struck during a traffic stop on state Route 7 in Martins Ferry. He was standing near the highway talking to a motorist when the crash occurred. He was stationed at the Bridgeport Post.
